About Me... Really
I am happy persona and as probably all of us was given certain amount sweets and bitters in a life. I'm still happy to live on Earth, to breath, to see, to enjoy all good stuff around including good food also. I like my job as IT developer, I love my family, I value every "free" minute to get my hands on cooking, or on painting, or on gardening, or on simple tv time with my kids. I suffer from occasional attacks of obsession with something new and exciting and appreciate my folk's patience as I may be carried away with this ....:)

My Favorite Cuisine
It's easier to say "all of them" then to list each cuisine I love. Each has its own gems. I value Japanese cuisine for art of "simple complexity", Latin American cuisine - for fire and bold flavors, Eastern-Europian - for richness, comfort and soft taste, Italian - for pasta, Mediterranian - for its fish and vegetable dishes, Middle Eastern - for earthy flavors and spices, French - for whimsical and delicate taste and presentation. As much as I respect old complicated labor-intensive recipes, new fusion "international" cuisine excites me the most.

My Favorite Dishes
Any kind seafood seviche
Cabbage stuffed with fish (with meat before I become vegetarian)

Lobster with melted butter
Fresh crusty sourdough bread with homemade butter and black caviar (well, I can skip caviar this time)

My Favorite Cooking Technique
Stewing or Braising

Products I absolutely do not like
Not many of them - so far I can tell it's licorice.

Dehydrator - I'm in shock how tasty dry tomatoes are. I would call it The Best Tomato Chewing Gum.
