What's for Dinner - Braised Fennel and Baked Trout

Braised fennel and baked trout
Place: home
Requirement: cook huge trout
- fennel braised in chicken broth, salt and pepper;
- trout rubbed with a bit of mayo and baked.
Comment: fennel is my latest great and surprising discovery. I would call dish "fennel steak" because of shape and satisfaction level close to steak's (remembering that from my carnivorous times).
