What's for Dinner - Big Whatever Salad

Why to do posts of my dinners? Just for fun... Foodies are interested in what other foodies eat on a regular day-to-day basis. I hope it will satisfy someones curiousity and you'll be returning again and again. I may miss day or two but, in genera,l will be making short posts everyday. O yeaa.. also, thanks to my son's gift - Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate cell phone with a great buit-in camera, I can take decent pictures in a breeze no matter where I am at the moment. Big Whatever Salad

Why?
to use spinach leftovers

What?
- Big Whatever Salad (some cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta, red onion, olives and crutounes on a bed of baby spinach). Homemade dressing (olive oil, mustard, a bit of red onion, pinch of salt, wine vinegar, cilantro and splash of liquid from olives) Oh, yeaa..some pieces of hot dog on my son's plate to please carnivore's heart :)

Big Whatever Salad with random ingredients never dissapoints me. Below are pictures of dressing I put together in a 5 minutes at most using my handy immersion blender. It's made in a cup (comes with blender). Cup has lid so that dressing leftovers goes straight to fridge - no cleaning, just brisk washing of blender's bottom part.
