What's for Dinner - Terriyaki tofu, potato and salad

Terriyaki tofu, potato and salad
Place: home
Requirement: simple, healthy
- terriyaki braised tofu;
- yellow, red and purple potatoes, boiled and browned in a skillet with a ghee;
- salad (campari tomatoes, orange pepper, cucumber and onion with a Basic Salad Dressing).
Comment: purple potato is the list tasty but the most beautifull of all three potatoes. I ate it sprinkling French Grey Sea Salt. Terriyaki tofu come out not bad, although I bet it would be great if I would use regular or light soy souce instead of dark aged one.
