What's for Dinner - Borsch and Buckwheat Kasha

Borsch and Buckwheat Mushroom Kasha
Place: home
Requirement: finishing up some leftovers
- borsch
- buckwheat topped with  portabella in a cream sauce
Comment: buckwheat is my favorite grain, but good buckwheat grain is sold here, in US, just in russian stores. Buckwheat from health stores or international sections of grocery stores is just absolutely not good.
