What's for Dinner - "Whatever Salad"

"Whatever Salad"
Place: home
Requirement: fewer calories + tasty + raw veggies
Dish: "whatever salad" means salad from whatever vegetables + additions you have on hand. I had: romaine lettuce, broccoli stocks, canned beans, piece of parmesan, croutons, parsley. Dressing: mayo diluted with water with some horseradish and dijon mustard.
Comment: it was very tasty, a bit bland but with some nice balsamic vinegar drops "on a fly" has become "plate licking" dish.
