What's for Dinner - Vegetable Salad

Vegetable Salad
Place: home
Requirement: less calories + tasty + raw veggies
Dish: salad made of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, canned peas, some fresh onion, carrots and cucumber, with quick homemade dressing. Croutons go on top.
Comment: for dressing I throwed some olive oil, dijon mustard, italian herbs, salt and pepper, and juice of one lime. I decided to use immersion handheld blender which comes with plastic cup with lid and loved to use it for this purpose - easy clean up, easy dressing leftover storage!
